| Details: | | | The location of the trim sender is on the starboard side of the stern drive and directly on the gimbal ring hinge pin. It appears what the gauge is doing is that the sender is not correctly adjusted. A bit of sender rotation causes the gauge changes from entire up to down. The stern drive unit may be raised or lowered with a trim sender to operate efficiently under driving conditions. The mechanical tilt method for early sterndrive engines is a series of holes in the gimbal ring. Through the hole, insert an adjustment stud to fasten the object. When trimming or tilting the motor upward, the motor rotates the finger while providing pressure. Once the proper angle is good, it will glide up and down with the engine's action. Key Features: Manufactured from high-quality materials Assures a high-quality output and enduring service. It utilizes communication with the Trim Gauge to determine the level of the drive. As a safety precaution, the Trim Limit Switch stops the driver from over-trimming while operating a vehicle.
