Taylor Made 24-inch buoy rods are available now at Boatersland Discount Marine Supplies. The 24-inch rods, product number TAY33024, install easily on Taylor Made’s Sur-Moor T3C series of buoys. Whether using buoys in fresh water or sea water environments, you can be assured that these rods are of the highest quality. These Taylor Made rods, constructed using hot-dipped galvanized steel, feature a four-inch long swivel, two galvanized washers and a nylon core lock nut. If you are purchasing a Sur-Moor T3C buoy from Boatersland Marine, you will notice that the buoys are sold without hardware. No worries, however, as all of Taylor Made’s buoy rods are available at Boatersland Marine.
Buoys are a great option for boaters because when moored, boats are less likely to drift and end up running aground, hitting another object or drifting into an unsafe area. Also, the mooring won’t cause damage to the ground like anchors can, particularly if the boat is near a reef or other fragile areas.
