You can return any item for any reason for a refund within 10 days of receipt. Returns must be in salable condition, with ALL original materials and packing and require a Return Authorization Number. Items that are packaged in blister packs that have been opened are not returnable. You are responsible for return shipping and any shipping charges are not refundable except in the case of defective merchandise. (Please note...we do NOT resell returned merchandise here on our web site). Special order items, Software, Charts, Marine Heads and Inflatable Boats are not returnable. To receive a Return Authorization Number complete the form below. Once approved you will be sent an Email with a return authorization number and return instructions within two business days. Please allow 10 business days to receive your credit once we receive the item back.
