TBT Sealer is designed for use when converting from a TBT containing antifouling to Micron 66 or Trilux 33. TBT antifouling paints are susceptible to solvent attack from primers and from non-TBT containing antifouling paints and TBT Sealer will not cause the TBT to soften or crack. TBT Sealer is also used to prevent leaching of TBT from an underlying antifouling coating. TBT Sealer can be applied by brush, roller or with airless or conventional spray equipment.
