Depth transducers are purchased separately from the ST290 transducer pod. ST290's intelligent transducers deliver optimum performance thanks to advanced calibration techniques and super-fast data communication. Unlike conventional systems, ST290 transducers are equipped with intelligent transducer pods that share information via SeaTalk2 with the entire ST290 system.
