The Super-Sized Rebate for the MU-Series Monitors is available only to customers who purchase one or more MFDBB units at the same time (limit one MU-Series Monitor per qualifying MFDBB purchase). Rebates are limited to a maximum of 3 rebate items from each section. A completed rebate form must be submitted along with the original product UPC (with serial number) and original receipt, and must be purchased on a single invoice.
